Full Service

Option One - $12,000

Full-Service wedding planning is comprised of everything from start to finish to plan and perfect your big day! I will also assist with creating a master budget and help you set expectations.

• Assist choosing venues & vendors (usually booked a year in advance).

• Create checklists & timeliness for all deadlines & details - Excel/Trello boards

• Remain in constant contact with vendors.

• Decorating and set-up of rehearsal dinner/welcome event and wedding venue.

• Manage all day of events.

• Attend bridal party activities including, gown/dress shopping if you wish to have me present.

• Schedule and attend appointments i.e. tastings, DJ/band, photography, floral, salon, décor, etc.

• Assist in creating seating charts, layouts, save the dates, invitations, menus, place cards, programs, welcome letters, gift baskets etc.        
  

Partial

Option Two - $4,500

We will cover all details of your event, the who, what, where and when. Starts <120 days prior to event

• Build out our timelines and fine tune the details and logistics of your event – This includes venue walk-thru to discuss floor plans, layout, flow, etc. Caterer walk-thru, and complete the comprehensive “KLL events” detailed checklist.

• Create and outline Wedding Party details/timelines.

• I will coordinate and execute the rehearsal along with the officiant, make announcements, distribute wedding party timelines & expectations. Oversee all wedding day details.

Day Of

Option Three - $2,300

• We will connect weekly beginning a month prior to your event.

• I will be there the day of your event from start to finish. Serving as liaison between you, the vendors, venue, and any other day of activities.  Happy to run errands, retrieve flowers, decorate, etc. This allows you to relax and enjoy your special day.

• Managing the wedding party and keeping things on schedule.

• Also available to attend/coordinate your rehearsal dinner for an additional fee.
